You can enjoy your shabu-shabu to your liking with six different condiments: sudachi citrus, myoga ginger, grated daikon radish, yuzu pepper, ponzu sauce, and meat miso.The breast meat is sliced so thinly that it is almost transparent, about 0.5 mm, so it cooks easily and is safe to eat.The soup stock is made using Rishiri kelp.Dip it in broth for 5 seconds to reduce impurities and bring out the natural aroma of the kelp.Enjoy delicious chicken shabu-shabu.
